What is the check in process?
 

If you have already been cleared through USA Softball and are designated “green” on the list sent via email from the Billie Sue Tournament director, you only need to come to the registration desk to pick up your scorecards.

Where do I find extra first aid kit supplies, helpful phone numbers, information about restrooms, snack shacks, etc.?

Where do I obtain my game balls?
 

The umpires will be given all game balls before each game.

Where do I find a copy of the tournament rules?

 

A copy of the tournament rules can be found at the following locations:
 

• Snack shacks;

• Clipped to the backstop of every field; and 

• The Billie Sue Tournament website.  The online google document is the master copy.            

 

How do I report my scores?

 

Immediately following game, please text a picture of your score card to 650-479-4487 or call in score (Include game number, division, team names & scores).  Scores and brackets will be updated ASAP.

What kind of food will be offered at each field? 
 

The following snacks will be offered during the Billie Sue Tournament:

• Ray Park - coffee, donuts, water, gatorade, soda, chips and candy throughout the weekend, in addition to nachos, hotdogs, and burgers on Saturday and Sunday.

• Franklin Field - coffee, donuts, water, gatorade, soda, chips and candy on Saturday and Sunday, and tacos and quesadillas on Saturday.

• BHS/Washington/Hillsdale/SMHS - donuts, water, gatorade, soda, chips and candy on Saturday and Sunday.

 

The Billie Sue Tournament snack shacks will accept CASH and PAYPAL for all concessions.

 

Are there tournament t-shirts available for purchase?

Yes! Tournament t-shirts will be available for purchase at Franklin Field on Saturday and Ray Park on Sunday.

 

Where can I park?

 

There is street parking and parking lots around each field. Please honor the “no parking” signs, as they are sectioned off for tournament staff.  Thank you for your understanding!
